Over the holidays I cut out caffeine. This month (beginning yesterday) I’m cutting out starches and keeping a diary of my food intake making sure I make healthy choices. I’m a die-hard bread junkie so this is going to be hard. Thankfully I have a group of girlfriends who are supportive. Together we are working on getting back into shape!
For me, nutrition means eating everything in moderation. I am not a big fan of crazy diets and detoxes so i wouldn’t want to change anything this month. But, yes, i would use teh highest quality ingredients in my food this month….none of that frozen stuff
